By engaging our SEO services, you (the “Client”) agree to these Terms of Use, forming a binding agreement with blognivo. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide SEO-related services such as:

a. On-page optimization
b. Off-page link building
c. Technical SEO audits
d. Keyword research
e. SEO content creation
f. Monthly performance tracking

All services will be defined in a formal proposal or contract before execution.

To ensure effective service delivery, you agree to:

a. Provide access to your website CMS, hosting, analytics, and other tools as needed.

b. Respond to content or approval requests in a timely manner.

c. Avoid implementing SEO-related changes without consulting us during an active engagement.

d. Not hold us liable for ranking fluctuations caused by algorithm updates or third-party actions.

Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise stated.

For monthly retainers, payments are due on a recurring billing date

Late payments may result in paused service or termination

Refunds are handled per our [Refund & Cancellation Policy]

SEO is a long-term strategy. While we follow best practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or conversion outcomes due to factors beyond our control (e.g., search engine algorithm updates, competitor actions, hosting downtime, etc.).

Any content, reports, or strategies we create for you as part of your SEO campaign are your property once full payment is received.

We retain the right to reference anonymized results for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.

We will keep all proprietary and confidential information shared by you during the course of the engagement private and secure.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. However:

a. Prepaid work is non-refundable.

b. Upon termination, access credentials must be revoked.

c. Any outstanding balance becomes due immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
