Due to the nature of SEO services which involve manual labour, time investment, and digital strategy execution, refunds are generally not provided once a project or monthly service has commenced.

However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly in situations such as:
a. Duplicate payments
b. Accidental subscription renewals (if notified within 24 hours)
c. Services not yet started

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an ongoing service (e.g., monthly SEO retainer) under the following conditions:

Monthly Services:
a. Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
b. Work already performed for the current month is non-refundable.

Project-Based Services:
a. If the project is canceled before work has started, a partial refund (minus consultation or planning time) may be granted.
b. If the project is mid-progress, any refundable amount will be calculated based on unperformed deliverables.
